This Refund Policy applies to services provided by GetItRepaired.in, operated by Getitrepaired.
1. No Refund After Successful Repair
- ❗ Refund is NOT available if your device has been repaired/fixed successfully.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refund may be considered only if:
- Service was not completed
- Technician failed to deliver service
- Payment was made but service not initiated
3. Advance Payments
- Inspection or visit charges may be non-refundable
- Advance payments for parts may not be refunded once ordered
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within:
- 5–7 working days
5. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be processed via:
- Original payment method OR
- Bank transfer
CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel service:
- Before technician dispatch → No charges
- After technician dispatch → Visit charge may apply
2. Cancellation by Company
We may cancel service due to:
- Unavailability of parts
- Technical limitations
- Safety concerns
3. Rescheduling
- You can reschedule your booking by contacting support.
