This Refund Policy applies to services provided by GetItRepaired.in, operated by Getitrepaired.

1. No Refund After Successful Repair

  • ❗ Refund is NOT available if your device has been repaired/fixed successfully.


2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refund may be considered only if:

  • Service was not completed
  • Technician failed to deliver service
  • Payment was made but service not initiated


3. Advance Payments

  • Inspection or visit charges may be non-refundable
  • Advance payments for parts may not be refunded once ordered


4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within:

  • 5–7 working days


5. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed via:

  • Original payment method OR
  • Bank transfer


CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel service:

  • Before technician dispatch → No charges
  • After technician dispatch → Visit charge may apply


2. Cancellation by Company

We may cancel service due to:

  • Unavailability of parts
  • Technical limitations
  • Safety concerns


3. Rescheduling

  • You can reschedule your booking by contacting support.
